Returns Policy

We are so excited you're shopping with us but we understand sometimes thing's go wrong so we're here to help if you do need to return an order. Please ensure you read all the information below before getting in contact to make this process as quick and easy as possible for you!

 

Full priced online purchases

We accept exchanges within 14 days of purchase. Full-priced items can be exchanged for another product or store credit. Store credit is valid for one year from date of return. We do not accept refunds on full-priced products. 

 

Full priced in-store purchases

If you purchased one of our bags in-store through a partner, please return to the original location, and their staff will assist you with the return. Please note that each store has its own return policy, so be sure to review it before proceeding. However, if your item is faulty, we would love to fix it for you free of charge. Simply bring it back to the store where it was purchased, and we will arrange for the repair and have the bag returned to the store for your collection within 30 days.

 

Sample sale

All sample sale pieces are FINAL SALE. We do not accept refunds or exchanges so please consider your purchase before you go ahead. 

 

Gift cards

Exchanges for purchases made with a gift card are accepted within 14 days. Store credit may be issued only once. We do not accept refunds on purchases made with gift cards.

 

Made to order (not currently accepting orders)

All made to order bags are FINAL SALE. We have worked hard on this piece to fit your specific requirements and hope you love it until the end of time!

 

Faulty items

We consider a product to be faulty if it is received damaged or has a manufacturing fault. Items that are damaged from wear and tear or improper care are not considered to be faulty. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately (or within 14 days of receiving) if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product and we will promptly assess the issue.

   

Processing your return

To be eligible for an exchange or store credit, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

After reviewing the above information to confirm your eligibility, please contact us at hello@sloemosey.com. Be sure to include your full name and purchase order number in the subject line of your email. Additionally, within the email, please state your reason for return and attach any relevant pictures if necessary. 

All items returned are done so at your own expense. We will inform you once we have received and inspected your return and will notify you of the return approval status. If approved we will provide you with your selected exchange item or store credit.

 

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
