Currently we're only able to ship within the UK and to the US. We are working on expanding as soon as we can!

 

United Kingdom

All orders are packed at our headquarters in London and shipped with tracked delivery. You can expect to receive your order within 2-4 business days.

We offer free shipping when you spend £200 or more. We hope to lower this threshold in the future, however for the moment while we're a growing business we hope you understand why we can't cover your shipping expenses just yet!

 

International

Please note that your order may be subject to local taxes, customs, duties, and fees levied by the destination country ["Import Fees"]. The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all Import Fees. If you refuse a shipment from Sloe Mosey, you are responsible for the original purchase and shipping charges, any Import Fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Sloe Mosey. We strongly advise against refusing a package as it is not guaranteed it will make it back to us and you will not be eligible for a refund or reimbursement for refused items. Please be aware of these fees before placing an order.
