Customs & Duties
UK orders: no customs or duty fees
Europe & International orders: Please note that customs charges, duty fees and taxes may apply depending on your country. These are the responsibility of the customer. We cannot cover or refund parcels due to unpaid customs fees. If a parcel is not collected within 14 days and is returned to Sloe Mosey, we reserve the right to charge for the full cost of shipping plus any additional return or processing fee.
