Custom Order

Have you found a design you love, but haven't seen the specific colour combination that scratches your itch?

Look no further than The Sloe Mosey Custom Order page allows you to tailor our signature designs to your personal style. Follow the steps below to begin the process of creating a piece made specifically for you 🪩 

How it works: 

1. Fill out your contact details and select the item you’d like us to customise.

2. We will email you a PDF look book featuring all our available designs and colour options.

3. Complete the design form and email it back to us with your preferences.

4. We’ll discuss your specific vision and our current yarn availability to ensure you get the item you want. 

5. Once the details are settled, we require a non-refundable deposit (50% of the item price) to secure your new handmade crochet baby.  

6. We'll then provide an estimated finish date. Please allow a 2-week processing period for us to craft your piece.

7. Once your item is complete, we’ll send you photos of the finished product. At this stage, the remaining balance and shipping costs are due.

8. After final payment is received, your order will be shipped within 2–4 business days.

Et voilà! Your custom Sloe Mosey is headed home to you, exactly as you imagined it.
